Our guesthouse offers double rooms and double rooms with an additional bed.

Room sizes vary from 12.7 m² to 16.7 m².
It’s also possible to book a double room as a single room for an extra charge and subject to availability.

Small wellness area with sauna can be used for a fee.

Our comfortable rooms feature a double bed with bathroom with shower and toilet,
flatscreen TV, wifi and safe. Most categories also include a balcony.

  • LOCAL TAX of € 2.45 per person and night from the age of 15
  • MOBILITY FEE of € 0,50  per person and day, for free use of all public transport in the state of Salzburg. 
  • CHILDREN’S PRICES
    • 3 - 11 years: 30% reduction
    • 12 - 14 years: 10% reduction

  • SHORT STAYS
    1 night is subject to a supplement of € 10.00 per person / night
    2 nights are subject to a supplement of € 5.00 per person / night

  • SINGLE ROOM
    surcharge in summer € 20.00 per night
    surcharge in winter € 40.00 per night.

    Cash or bank transfer. Credit card payments are not accepted at this time

Cancellation Terms Summer

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
• Up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of total booking price
• In final week before arrival: 90% of total booking price
• In case of early departure or late arrival: full sum will be charged

If travel is not possible (e.g. borders closed) or deemed unreasonable (e.g. authorities order
a quarantine for outward or return travel or there is a travel warning): free cancellation up to day of arrival
